Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide!
Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. We will do our very best to get your order to you within the below time frames:
- New Zealand: 1 - 4 business days.
- Australia: 3 - 7 business days
- Rest of World: 5 - 10 business days
Cost
- New Zealand: $4.50, free if you purchase 2 or more products
- Australia: $20, free if you purchase 3 or more products
- Rest of World: $30, free if you purchase 5 or more products
Tracking & delivery
All orders are tracked, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected by the courier. Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance delays and ongoing COVID19 supply chain issues.
Please note that any additional fees due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts will be your responsibility.
If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout, we'll do our best to contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.
If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, please email hello@birdienails.com immediately with your order number and preferred delivery address. We can't guarantee we'll be able to change those details in time, but we'll do our best!
Custom fees or taxes
For orders to countries outside of New Zealand, duties and taxes are payable upon your order arriving in your country. We can't estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed by your local customs. Payment of duty and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
We do not refund duties and taxes, should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of New Zealand can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund.
Orders to Australia with over $1,000 AUD will be liable for duties and taxes. For an estimate of these charges please contact your local customs office.
