For all swaps and returns, please email hello@birdienails.com with your order number, and reason.


We strive to ensure that every Birdie customer is super happy with their purchase. If you receive our items and are less than happy, we'll work with you to resolve the issue as best we can. We understand that you can’t try before you buy online, so our aim is to make this process super easy and simple for you.

You can exchange items you have purchased online for a different style which is the same price or more.

 

Before we process any exchange, we do require the below criteria to be met: 

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to make exceptions for shipping delays. Please contact us if you think it might take longer, along with proof the items have been sent

  • Items must be unused with tags still attached

  • Items must be free from makeup and perfume, or any other substances, so please be mindful of this when trying items on

    While we are happy for you to return and swap items, what we don’t encourage is careless purchasing with an intention to return. Every return process comes with an environmental cost - if it can be avoided, let’s try! We are happy to work with you any time pre-purchase to discuss the style, the product, and anything else that will help you make a decision that will leave you filled with happiness!

     

    faulty or damaged goods

    If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, that’s totally on us and we are so sorry! In this case, we'll offer you a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping, provided the below criteria are met:

    • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to make exceptions for shipping delays. Please contact us if you think it might take longer, along with proof the items have been sent

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging


      change of mind refunds

      We are unable to refund items due to a change of mind. As above, we are happy to work with you any time pre-purchase to discuss the style, the product, and anything else that will help.

       

       

      once product is received

      Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund/swap is being actioned. Refunds will go back to the account you used to make your purchase. We are not responsible if your package gets lost on its way back or for any import duties and taxes incurred. We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return. 

      postage

      As we've mentioned, if you receive a faulty or incorrect product - that’s totally on us and we will sort your postage. For standard and/or other returns, postage is on you.
